Insurance & Reimbursement

Counselling services with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) may be covered in full or in part by your extended health benefits plan. While RCC services are not covered under BC’s Medical Services Plan (MSP), many private insurance providers do offer reimbursement. We provide receipts upon payment, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Employer-Sponsored Plans

If your current plan does not cover RCC services, your employer may be able to add this coverage at no additional cost. Speak with your Human Resources department or benefits administrator for more information.

Commonly Accepted Providers

Many extended health plans include coverage for RCC services, including:
- Pacific Blue Cross
- Manulife
- Sun Life
- Green Shield
- And others
Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your provider directly. You may also be eligible under a spouse or partner’s plan.

FNHA  Clients:

Rupi Gill is a Registered Mental Health Provider with the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) and offers counselling services through the Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support Program.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance.

If you:
 Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or
 Do not show up for your scheduled session
You will be charged the full session fee for the missed appointment.

We recognize that emergencies happen. If you're unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances such as illness, accidents, or family emergencies, please let us know. In these cases, the cancellation fee will be waived.
